Animal Management is part of the FFA, or the Future Farmers of America. This program is a two year program. Students in Information Technology (I.T.) gain valuable 21st century skills that benefit all occupations. Students thrive in a project-based-learning environment where they fix computers, build Web sites, make video games, photoshop images, and create videos and animations.
Ellet's Construction Technology class is a perfect way for students to get hands on experience in this career field. You can see their work as they build a house on Florida Ave. in Akron. Led by Mr. Baker, these kids are on the right track to success.
Ellet's Early Childhood Care offers a valuable program in teaching juniors and seniors to become above average early childhood education teachers as well as offering a preschool licensed by the Ohio Department of Education.
The Orange Grove, Ellet's Hospitality program, is a Quick Service restaurant. Their goal is to serve Ellet's students and staff a variety of healthier food choices.
