The Orange Grove, Ellet's  Hospitality program, is a Quick Service restaurant.  Their goal is to serve Ellet's students and staff a variety of healthier food choices.

The hospitality program, does not only teach the students involved proper cooking and sanitation techniques along with management and people skills, but it also offers many opportunities. The hospitality program is involved in the Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) which gives students the opportunity to compete in different contests in which awards are given. There will be several students sent from Ellet to Columbus this year for competition.  Tim Washington will be featured in the Hospitality Showcase where he tries to convince judges that he will be a good front desk attendant at a resort or hotel. Gene Wylder will be featured in the Dining Room Attendant Competition showcasing his people as well as service skills. Valerie Rouse will be showcased in the Entrepreneurship Contest showing off her business management skills. Last but certainly not least, Shauni Brady and Kaylee Lindhe will be showing off their skills in the Creative Banquet Table Design Competition.

The Hospitality program is an amazing program that allows students many different awards and certifications in the career field of hospitality. This program is lead by Mrs. Zona and Mrs. "O".  They do their absolute best to ensure their students success in life which is pretty much guaranteed through this program.

Sandwiches
