A new book order has been recently placed and students are invited to check out the wide variety of non-fiction, biography, and fiction books that are available. Also, with the helpful efforts of the District’s Technology Services, Career Education, and our own Information Technology program, the LMC has 30 newer PC computers in the classroom lab! Reading, writing, and thinking are augmented and facilitated with the use of technology.
Titles and Names-
The Library Media Center, LMC , otherwise known as the LRC, Library Resource Center, or just the “library” is here to promote student achievement with critical thinking, problem solving by developing literacy- informational and digital. Mrs. Clemens, the Library Media Specialist and Mrs. Brown, the Library Technician Assistant are here to promote the LRC as central to the learning environment here at Ellet High School.
Times & Schedules-
The LMC is open before and after school. During the day the LRC is open to classes and students in study hall and/or lunch. There is a schedule posted conventienly outside the LRC to help students plan their visits to the LRC. Teachers also have posted schedules and emails of the LRC main room use.

The LMC staff also continues to provide laminating services and to make die cutting equipment and materials available to students and staff for a wide variety of activities and projects.
There is no substitute for good research. The LRC staff is committed to collaboration with our faculty to ensure students continue to develop these skills that will prepare them for their move to college and/or further careers. Please visit the LRC page on Ellet.org, for occasional updates.
